Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from May 04, 2020 through May 07, 2020 it acquired no. 19,726 savings treasury shares and no ordinary treasury shares for a total consideration of 176,999.11 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 9, 2019.
