This is to inform that as from today we have made available on the company’s website (www.buzziunicem.it) as well as at the registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. the Information Document, pursuant to Art. 84 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99, on the stock grant scheme’s first assignment of Buzzi Unicem SpA’s savings shares to employees of the company and its subsidiaries linked to the achievement of the objectives for the years 2009-2011, that rectifies the Information Document published on April 28, 2010.
