The future of the cement industry was discussed at the Regional Economic Forum New Energy, held in Kielce on November 24-25. A panel organized by the Association of Cement Producers was held on the second day of the session.
The forum was devoted to the energy of the future, alternative energy sources or innovations that will change our lives in the near future. All of these areas bind the cement industry together, while playing an important role in the local and global economy. The future of the sector was discussed during a panel organized by the Association of Cement Producers entitled "What is the future of the cement industry in Poland?" by MPs and policy makers, representatives of the industry and local government.
Issues such as innovative and sustainable construction, both residential and industrial, energy prices, which are the biggest challenge for the industry in the current economic situation, and the need to support the industry across political divides were raised.
