Meeting with Students.
At the invitation of the Responsible Business League, Adam Dec, a representative of Dyckerhoff Polska, visited the Faculty of Management at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. The theme of the meeting was the implementation of sustainable business philosophy in practice.
Economics students at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce had the opportunity to see how the philosophy of managing a company in line with the theory of sustainable business looks in everyday life.
Dyckerhoff Polska is a company that relies on rational management, cares for its employees, and is environmentally conscious. By maintaining good relations with the local community and feeling a strong connection to the Świętokrzyskie region, we are committed to actions that contribute to the development of this province. The company also places a strong emphasis on the rights and safety of its staff.
Adam Dec, the representative for sustainable business, spoke about three aspects that make up the CSR policy: employees - ecology - safety. He mentioned regulations, standards, and their actual implementation in practice. He discussed corporate solutions as well as actions typical for an industrial plant in Poland.
