If a report is received at the internal contact address, the sender will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven days and feedback within three months on planned and already taken follow-up measures as well as the reasons for them, provided that this does not impair internal inquiries or investigations. We are of course willing to discuss the matter with the whistleblower.
The protection of the whistleblower is important to us – we do not tolerate any retaliatory measures due to complaints or reports. If we learn that whistleblowers have suffered reprisals as a result of their report, either internally or at one of our suppliers, we will take appropriate action.
Reports can also be sent to external reporting offices such as the Federal Office of Justice This link will also inform you about the external reporting offices at the Federal Cartel Office and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
In addition, there are corresponding reporting procedures for reports to European Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies. These include external reporting channels of the European Commission, the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
However, the quickest way for us to react and immediately remedy any misconduct or grievances reported by you is to report them directly to our internal reporting offices (buzzi.integrityline.com or by mail/phone, see above). Therefore, we would like to ask you to use these as a matter of priority.
