This is to inform that today the subsidiary Dyckerhoff AG has published the documents relating to the squeeze-out procedure by Buzzi Unicem, which will be submitted to the Shareholders’ Meeting of Dyckerhoff convened on July 12, 2013.
The documents containing the Dyckerhoff AG’s business valuation (and related plans adopted) with a view to determining the cash compensation to be granted to minority shareholders, are also available to the public on the Company’s website www.buzziunicem.it, section Investor Relations/Info for shareholders.
