Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 27 May 2024 through 31 May 2024 it acquired no. 199,805 treasury shares for a total consideration of 7,837,473.54 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
