Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 03 June 2024 through 07 June 2024 it acquired no. 185,324 treasury shares for a total consideration of 7,159,028.51 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
