Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 08 July 2024 through 12 July 2024 it acquired no. 46,921 treasury shares for a total consideration of 1,731,548.23 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
