Buzzi SpA's capital stock is made up of 192.6 million ordinary shares, with a market capitalization of euro 6,858 million as of December 31, 2024. The ordinary shares have been listed on the Borsa Italiana since 1999. Each ordinary share, without par value, gives right to vote.

Buzzi is controlled by the Buzzi Family, who holds approximately 53% of ordinary shares. About 34.3% of the capital is held by foreign investors.
